90 Day Fiancé Spoilers finds that you know, originally we liked Anny in the first episode of the season. We thought that she was sorely unprepared to be a Mom to Robert’s young son but I thought that could potentially be overcome. But after this episode its clear to see that the whole surrogate Mom thing is the least of Robert’s worries. Anny has a problem that breaks up a lot more couples than you think. Anny is unfortunately all about the coin.
90 Day Fiancé Spoilers: First impressions are everything, Robert.
Robert is trying his best to provide for Anny but she is being difficult and is refusing to compromise one bit. She wants everything. She wants to have a big flashy beach wedding, she wants an iPhone, a fancy engagement ring but most of all she wants to buy a whole new wardrobe of designer clothes. I don’t really know what kind of impression Robert gave her when he visited her in the dominican republic but obviously he must’ve flexed real hard when he was down there because she maintains that he promised her a lot of things and she’s mad at him for not following through.
90 Day Fiancé Spoilers: “Something is wrong, this is too cheap.” Said no one, ever.
When Robert said shopping, Anny has different expectations. She wanted to be taken to expensive, designer boutiques and she wanted designer labels. Chanel and Versace being the ones that she mentioned. I will say that being taken to a thrift store for my first shopping trip with my fiance would not have been my ideal shopping trip either. But I’m also a cost-conscious person and I realize that you have to cut corners somewhere, and clothing doesn’t seem to be that big of a deal, at least not to me. Anny came off rather rude in the store, because it may have been a thrift store but it was arguably one of the nicest thrift stores that I have ever seen. They had nice, up to date fashions, the only thing that Anny didn’t like about this was the pricetag.
90 Day Fiancé Spoilers: Why does Anny want to get to Miami so badly?
The next thing that came into question was the wedding itself. Anny wants to have the wedding in Miami Beach, in fact she seems to want to move to Miami, which is a 3 hour drive from where Robert’s life actually is. Robert has a job and a family and is already settled in Winter Park, so it’s no actual surprise that he told her that she could move to Miami by herself. Another question is why does Anny want to get to Miami so badly? Could Robert’s friend be right? Is she just trying to get a green card so that she could potentially find a richer guy in Miami? If Robert is a ‘starter husband’ then it would make sense.
90 Day Fiancé Spoilers: Robert isn’t that guy
Watching her behavior at the store and at the restaurant when talking about the wedding, and her refusal to even try her food just came off as rude. You can tell that Anny is a woman who is used to getting what she wants and hasn’t thought of the cost of things a day in her life. She wanted to come here and be with a guy who would effectively make her into his queen and take her to an expensive penthouse and buy her all sorts of designer things but Robert just isn’t that guy.
90 Day Fiancé Spoilers: Robert flexed hard
I am not absolving Robert of all guilt though. It seems he sold Anny a bill of goods in order for her to even consider coming to the U.S. if she had known the full details of what she was getting into when she and Robert first met then there is no doubt in my mind that she would still be in the Dominican Republic. She would not have given Robert the time of day if she had known that she wouldn’t be getting the full luxury experience when she came to the US. Robert wasn’t fully honest with her about his way of life. It seemed that he was all too eager to get Anny here but didn’t stop to think her expectations through.
90 Day Fiancé Spoilers: Do these guys communicate, at all?
That seems to be a running problem with this show. The couples have major communication problems that aren’t fully addressed until one or the other is in a different country. This is worrisome. It really makes me wonder if any of these couples will even make it to the 90 days because they don’t seem to think about much beyond the honeymoon phase. None of them are thinking of the actual vows you take when you get married, for better or for worse. Sorry Anny but worse includes thrift store clothes as well! Again, I ask the age old question, will these two make it to 90 days? Stay tuned!!!
