Paul Staehle, a previous cast member of the show 90 Day Fiancé, recently made a post on Instagram displaying a document certifying that both he and his ex Karine Martins had taken part in a batterer’s intervention program.
90 Day Fiancé: Paul Staehle And His Ex Karine Martins Complete A Domestic Violence Rehab Program
The pair had gotten married in Brazil and during the course of that process, they had two children together. They then decided to move to the US for a fresh start. While that may have been the case, the relationship started to encounter numerous problems.
They ended up getting their children taken off of them, as they were put into care, following claims of domestic violence. With that being said, Paul wanted to show how far he had come. In a post to his fans on Instagram, he shared his domestic violence certificate showing he had done the program.
It said: “Batterer’s intervention program. Me and Karine were both ordered to complete this course by CPS along with other programs and requirements.”
Paul’s post heavily implies that he is doing all he can to acquire guardianship of his boys, Pierre and Ethan, and is striving to demonstrate to the audience that he has reformed himself.
Although Paul and Karine are both intent on reclaiming care of Pierre and Ethan, there is an argument that it might be more beneficial for the boys to stay with their foster parents for a while longer.
The foster parents have created a nurturing setting for the siblings and have kept their lives private and away from the disorder of their parents’ lives. Additionally, Paul and Karine have yet to reconcile and this has not been beneficial for their situation.
Paul has particularly been troublesome, with claims that he was in a relationship with Karine’s eighteen-year-old family relative. Time will tell how it all plays out moving forward.
