’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers indicate that the season’s not over yet so contract says no, but as of the airport goodbye with hubby Mike Youngquist’s Mom, Trish, Natalie Mordotseva Youngquist has said, “I took off my pink glasses and seen reality.” meaning, the rose-colored glasses are gone and she’s seeing her relationship with Mike for exactly what it is.
Mike does seem to favor his Mom a lot, though on the surface he’s not as much of a Mama’s boy as say, Brandon, because he doesn’t live in the same house with Trish. In fact he lives in Washington while Mom lives in Oklahoma so you’d think that’d be a little too far for any and all apron strings to stretch.
’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers: Not according to Natalie, however.
She says that Mike favors his Mom all the time over what she wants and seems to only care about Trish. It is pretty clear that Mike is always on the same page as Trish, but Natalie didn’t exactly help matters by not enlightening the world on what was actually said between her and Trish in the kitchen.
I get that it may have been too embarassing to share, but Mike was willing to listen for that one shining moment in time and Natalie just kind of threw away a golden opportunity. However, Mike didn’t help matters either by just blindly taking Trish’s side, we get that she’s his Mom but all Moms are human, and sometimes even they screw up.
Natalie refused Trish’s gift of scarves and walked out without saying goodbye to her. She didn’t even bid her goodbye at the airport, she left all goodbye-ing up to Mike, where he sang “soft kitty” from the Big Bang Theory, which… even I have to admit, was a little endearing.
So was Natalie being a little too harsh? Without knowing what was said, it’s hard to take anyone’s side in this matter, so we don’t know who the real villain is, or if there’s even one at all. However, we do know one thing, Mike and Natalie’s relationship is not long for this world.
It’s clear from the way she’s talking that she’s fed up, and I wouldn’t be surprised if she took that $5K and went home, although something tells me that it’s going to be a lot more dramatic and messy than that. Stay tuned!!!
