’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers reveal that Yara Dufren (formerly Zoya) would know the gender of her child, but nope. Because Jovi wanted to be there for the gender reveal, she makes the doctor write the gender down and she plans on revealing it to him when he gets back in order not to hurt Jovi, that was their agreement.
The thing is, Jovi’s work keeps pushing back the date of his return because of COVID restrictions, he literally can’t leave the jobsite right now because of lockdown. Yike.
’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers: Jovi and Yara’s baby special part 2
Yara has been reading up on different birthing processes and she says she does not want an epidural because she’s afraid it will slow the birthing process down and the baby will get stuck in the birth canal for hours.
She’s also afraid that the doctors won’t use the right needles for the epidural and she might have lasting side effects from it. (She talked about a permanent headache – that’s one that I haven’t heard of before!) You could tell in her voice that she was scared to death to give birth.
Especially considering that this might end up being a solo delivery, but thankfully, Jovi was finally allowed home from the job site, which meant Yara could move back to their apartment and out of Gwen’s house. (Yara said that was weird to her anyway.)
Jovi got to come home in time for his birthday and as usual, Jovi expected everything to be about him. His Mom got him a birthday gift, something for him to carry the baby in, but Jovi thought the gift should be more directed at him and not something for the baby.
Gwen said he was unappreciative, and she’s kind of right. Looks like we are back to square one with Jovi, the second he got home he wanted go out and go have drinks with his friends – what he doesn’t get is, he’s literally having a baby, so Yara has every right to not want him to do certain things right now. Jovi has not gotten with the program at all.
Yara got him an apple watch, which was decidedly more Jovi’s speed, and she also made him a Ukrainian style birthday cake from scratch. It looked really good, it even had fruit on top. However, we learned pretty quickly that Yara cannot cook.
Her ukranian honey cake tasted like “sand from a beach” to quote Jovi, so that fell flat as well. Also, Jovi didn’t seem to keen on washing all the baby clothes like Yara wanted him to. Is Jovi really ready for all this now that he’s home? Stay tuned!!!
