’90 Day Fiancé’ spoilers find that Jihoon Lee and Deavan Clegg went through a rough patch in their relationship. Deavan claimed that Jihoon was abusive to her daughter and she left South Korea to move back to Utah. Very quickly after she got back, she ended up with a new boyfriend who seems to enjoy being with her and her children.
Jihoon has been posting on his social media accounts that he misses his son and really is trying to get custody of him. A fan even set up a GoFundMe account for him. He wanted to share with his fans what is going on with this custody case.

Jihoon has been very patient when it comes to seeing his child, but Deavan has made claims that he hasn’t even tried to reach out to her so he can see his son. She said that he blocked her on all social media platforms and hasn’t been very active when it comes to trying to see Taeyang. Jihoon seems to think otherwise.
He told his fans that Deavan had him blocked and when he tried to send diapers and clothing to him, he had to do it through another friend because she wouldn’t accept it. There definitely seem to be two very different sides to this story.
’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers: Jihoon Lee’s Update On Custody
The fundraiser that Jihoon’s fan decided to start is for $50,000 and he shared the fact that he had already received $2,000 in donations. The fundraiser is to help Jihoon to get custody of Taeyang and some fans think that this is just a dream for him.
If he is found guilty for the abuse that Deavan claims he took part in, there is no way he will get custody of his son. There is also a rumor going around that he will not sign the divorce papers and that he is running from doing so. This clearly will not look good for him in a court of law.
Jihoon may be running from the divorce in order to try and get custody of his son. If the case defaults and it’s in her favor, he will more than likely lose any rights as a father that he has. This could mean really bad news for Jihoon and he would probably never get to see his son again.
Jihoon told his fans that he is working 12 hours days to try and make enough money for the custody, but as of right now, he is still in need of a lot more.
