What Happened During Jasmine & Gino’s First Christmas?
During The Last Resort season 2’s latest episode, there was some confusion over the couple’s first Christmas. Jasmine shared during a hypnotherapy session that she left Gino alone on that day. She had stayed at a motel after a big fight, leaving him heartbroken on the holidays. However, Jasmine on Between the Sheets tells a different story.
According to Jasmine in Between the Sheets, she realized that she was heavily gaslit by Gino. When she asked Gino’s family about the matter, they mentioned how she was actually with them during the holidays. This was proven through a photo taken on that same Christmas day. Gino had allegedly wanted to stay home while Jasmine left to see them.
Jasmine’s Elaboration About What Happened On Christmas Day
On February 4th, 2025, Jasmine released a series of stories elaborating on what happened on Christmas Day. In the stories, she claimed that Gino had “brainwashed” her into believing him. She wanted to clarify why two different stories were told in The Last Resort and Between the Sheets. “I believed and trusted him so much to the point that I apologized for it.” Seeing Gino so upset about supposedly abandoning him during Christmas made Jasmine feel bad. However, it took her a while to realize that there was no reason to feel blame.
Jasmine claims that she had learned the truth about what happened after The Last Resort’s therapy session. When she opened up about what she shared with Gino’s family, they stated that Jasmine was actually with them. “He brainwashed me. I believed what he was saying…I was not mentally, like, mentally strong to understand that this was not what happened.”
What Jasmine’s Elaboration Means
If what Jasmine is saying is true, then it reveals a lot about Gino’s true colors. When told about the story on Between the Sheets, he immediately denies it. According to him, Jasmine just up and left without a word. However, Gino has been a proven liar and sneaky person before. He has been caught multiple times flirting with other women. He also denied having a masturbation addiction, only to practically confirm it later in The Last Resort season. There is a lot to Gino that makes Jasmine’s claims more believable.
