The last time that we saw Mike Youngquist on 90 Day Fiancé, he was with Natalie Mordovtseva and they were trying to navigate their relationship. They are still legally married and even though she is appearing on 90 Day: The Single Life, she just can’t figure out what she wants from Mike or her boyfriend, Josh Weinstein. She has a lot on her plate right now and as viewers watched their story, they happened to notice something that was really upsetting. Mike has confederate decor in his home.

After watching the last few episodes of the show, fans began to notice that Mike has some very interesting decor in his home. One Redditor shared a photo of Mike with Natalie in his home and they pointed out that he has a confederate flag on one of his shelves.

They captioned the photo, “People are always getting on my case for not liking the Mike that was with Natalie. But every time I try to like him, I remember this happened. So yeah.” Other Redditors agreed with them and said that they were shocked at just how much love Mike gets from fans of the show. It is baffling to them as well.
Other Redditors started in about their relationship. One wrote, “I think he brought Natalie over to the US to torment her as revenge for the whole break-up in Ukraine. It gave him so much satisfaction making her “earn back” the ring. That’s not how you treat someone you love and want to marry.”
Another added, “I knew Natalie was trash when she did an immediate 180 over religion. Then said she didn’t love him because of a fight. Mike is a classic “southern” douche, but beyond that, he doesn’t speak his mind clearly and half steps everything like a scared ass loser when they talked. Both bad, I agree.”
There was an argument over where Mike grew up and many Redditors claimed that he isn’t from the south, but he can still be someone who supported the South and what the confederacy stood for. There were plenty of arguments about this. No matter what though, most Redditors had very strong opinions about whether or not Mike is a racist and why he really brought Natalie over to the states.
