It seems that Emily Bieberly and Kobe Blaise needed to take a remedial sex-ed course before their 90-day engagement began because as it turns out they were using the pull-out method of birth control! We’re not kidding. We’ve seen more educated teenagers, but Kobe seems to think that he can accomplish this through the power of his mind only because he refused Emily to take her birth control when she told him she was going to.
He said something about the dangers of birth control and Emily wasn’t buying it, we’re not either to be honest, although… we’re not sure what kind of information is available about it in Cameroon, where he’s from so he could have some outdated information.

Or he could have been trying to get Emily pregnant because he did kind of give himself away when he said “I’ve seen women on birth control when they were trying to conceive a child.” um, hate to tell the guy but just because a woman is intimate with a man does not necessarily mean that she wants to conceive a child with said man, case in point, Emily did not want to conceive a child with Kobe at this point in their relationship because they are living with her parents and the one thing that Emily’s Dad distinctly forbade was for her to get pregnant at this time. This is going to prove interesting because Kobe doesn’t have enough money (and he admits it) to be raising a child right now.
Emily plans on not telling her family until after the wedding and until she is actually showing, which already sounds like a bad idea. Emily said that Kobe’s lack of enthusiasm about the whole thing really hurt her feelings because she didn’t make a baby by herself, but Kobe said now he won’t be able to look her family in the eye. Make it make sense, Kobe, she had birth control at the ready and you wouldn’t let her take it! What did he actually expect, that thoughts and prayers were going to do the trick? Unless that is coupled with complete abstinence thoughts and prayers aren’t going to do anything. Dream on, Kobe. Stay tuned!!!
