One of the new couples on ’90 Day Fiancé’ is Nick Ham and Devin Hoofman. Devin is from Arkansas and Nick lives in Korea. They have been dating for a few years and before this trip, they hadn’t seen one another in about two years.
They are ready to get married and Nick is ready to move to the States. However, his parents haven’t met her yet and if they don’t approve of her, they cannot get married.
Now that Devin is in Korea, it looks like she will get a chance to meet Nick’s family. He has warned her about their personalities and she is incredibly nervous.

’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers: Learning Korean Customs
In true ‘90 Day Fiancé’ fashion, it is clear that Nick hasn’t shared too much about his girlfriend. Devin came to visit Nick in Korea for many reasons. Getting his parents’ blessing for marriage is the major one.
She has to learn a lot of their customs though. Nick told her, “You know, in the Korean culture, when you get the drinks from the older people, you have to grab the glass like this with two hands.
And also, don’t look at them when you drink. You have to turn your face a bit and then drink. If you stare at them and drink, it is kind of weird. We don’t do that.”
She seems very overwhelmed with what she has to do in order to impress his family. She doesn’t know if she will offend them or how they will react to her. She doesn’t speak the language and doesn’t know a lot about his family.
He tells the cameras, “My parents don’t know much about Devin, but when they think of American women and like, they think they have a bunch of one-night stands, do drugs at the party, blah, blah, blah. But she doesn’t do that. So fingers crossed.”
