There are many questions about Lana and David now, especially now that she is sending fans Cameos. One of the first things that viewers noticed was that she suddenly can speak pretty decent English, which if you remember during the show, she had to use a translator in order to understand anything David was saying to her.
She did the 90 Day Fiancé interviews in Russian, so what is this sudden change? Did she really already know English and she faked it all so that she could pretend that there was a language barrier between her and David?

Another question about her is if she is still chatting with different men on her chat room or is she finished with that? Does she think that by sending Cameos she can start to reach a wider variety of men or is she just doing this for some extra cash?
Don’t those men send her money already? If you remember correctly, David spend thousands of dollars on her, so is she really that desperate for the money?
Do you remember watching 90 Day Fiancé and ever thinking she was real? Then when David met her, did you like her right away? That is another mystery of why she has a Cameo now. She was not at all the cast member that fans fell in love with.
Fans didn’t really enjoy her personality and in fact, most of us never really got to know her enough to like her. She’s just not that appealing to us. So why does she suddenly think that she will have fans to pay her for Cameos?
