TLC ’90 Day Fiancé’ spoilers indicate that the twins have some pretty interesting fashion choices. Their clothing really isn’t all that interesting because they each have a tendency to wear stuff that is very early 90’s inspired.
Spaghetti-strap tank tops with ripped jeans is very 1991-1992 in tone and is only something that I feel that the Silva Twins could pull off with any degree of sincerity. But every once in awhile these two have an accessory that simply stands out and makes one go, “Wow, that could actually work.”
TLC ’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers: Case in point- Darcey’s pink coat.
Granted, it’s still garish and quite outlandish and we’re not exactly sure how many muppet died in order to make this piece come to fruition, but, my inner 4 year old girl who still gets excited when I see the pink barbie aisle screamed, “I love it!” when I saw it.
Stacey had a matching white one that was decidedly more sensible but who wants sensible? Why choose white when you can be as colorful on the outside as your soul is on the inside! The pink screamed something that barbie would definitely have inside her dream house closet and I was living!
Out of the two, I would say that Darcey is definitely the more flashy twin and possibly the one that doesn’t mind taking a bit more risk than her sister. Stacey seems to be the one that plans her actions out a little bit more and it seems that her plans are generally a bit more well-executed than Darcy’s.
Darcey’s a real fly by the seat of her pants kind of girl. Eh, it’s alright, I guess somebody had to be. However, planned or not, that coat worked, my dear! She knew exactly what she was doing when it came to wearing that coat.
Maybe this is petty, but in this episode I came up with a system for identifying the twins. In this episode, Darcy’s hair was a brighter blonde than Stacey’s. Stacey was a more natural blonde shade while Darcy just decided to go full-on Barbie. But you know what? It worked, it’s fine. We stan. I thought this show was going to be a complete train-wreck but they kind of surprised me. Stay tuned!!!
