’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers tells us that last week, we were waitin on Corey Rathberger’s friend Raul to start something because he said that like it or not, he was coming to the wedding, even though Corey made it a point to disinvite him.
He had been Corey’s friend for 7 years and Evelin thought that he was a really bad influence on Corey (it seems that Raul has a habit of bringing girls to the party when they’re not wanted), but Raul knew that Corey did not have anyone besides the Siberian Husky named “Puppy” for his side of the wedding and felt that was unfair. (Corey’s brother was not going to attend, his Mom wasn’t going to attend either.)
’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers: So Raul decided he would show up anyway.
We thought for a second that we were going to see the fight of the century, considering this is Evelin. We’ve already seen the amount fo vindictiveness that both she and her sisters can serve up, so we were wondering just what Raul was in for when he showed up to the wedding… but amazingly, Evelin just wanted to enjoy her wedding and did not sic her sisters on Raul to attack him.
We thought we might get to see a bit of Ecuadorian vigilante justice but no, not this episode, perhaps next season though! Evelin and her family kept their cool even when they clearly saw Raul show up, however Corey looked like he had just seen a ghost. For a moment we kind of felt bad for him… just for a minute though.
However, Raul’s intentions with showing up seemed to have been perfectly pure after all and instead of airing all the dirty laundry he could at the wedding toast like some people would have done, he instead just told the most heartwarming story about how he met Corey and how they became friends… however he let one little nugget of information drop that we weren’t aware of – apparently he tried to date Evelin in the past?
And Evelin wasn’t interested. What a time to drop such a bomb! We had never heard that bit of information before! But of course now the world knows… we wonder how Evelin felt when Raul dropped that bomb?
They didn’t really elaborate on that. Hm, interesting. It does beg the question of when that happened exactly, but I suppose some things are lost to history. Stay tuned!!!
