Colt Johnson, from 90 Day Fiancé has been pretty open about his weight and how important it was for him to lose the extra pounds and get back in shape.
He has changed quite a bit since the first time we saw him on 90 Day Fiancé, but now he is opening up more about the life changes he has made and what he wants to do with himself now. One of the most important things to him right now is losing more weight and keeping it off.

As we have seen Colt on many seasons of 90 Day Fiancé and 90 Day Fiancé spin-offs,he has battled with his weight for many years and has even had online trolls body shame him. He is ready to put those trolls to shame and share his new figure.
He shared with his fans about how he is losing weight, “I go to the gym pretty much every day. This is the first time I’ve focused on gaining muscle and actually toning and defining my body a little more. COVID made it easier for me. I just had a lot of free time.”

When Colt was just working from home, he made time to work out with videos and apps on his phone and other devices. He knew that he had gained weight during the quarantine, like most of us, and he was ready to get his weight back down to where he wanted it.
Once the gym opened back up, he was able to go back in and work on himself again. He told fans, “I feel like it’s given me a lot more self-confidence and positive feelings and energy. I’m not really on a diet.I feel like if I just stay on that road and work out as much as I can, then I’ll be okay.”
His followers are very impressed with how much weight he has lost and just how long he has kept it off. It seems to be second nature for him now and we hope that he stays on this path for his own health and happiness.
