Brittany Banks from 90 Day Fiancé reported a few days ago that she was going to have plastic surgery. She posted asking her fans which surgery they thought she was going to have. She has been keeping her fans updated with her recovery and she pointed out that she had a breast lift, implant exchange, scar revision, and an internal mesh bra done.

Just a few days ago, Brittany posted on Instagram, “Day 4 of Recovery.” She showed herself wrapped up in bandages on her chest. She wanted to share with her fans what she had done and where she went for the surgery.
She had it done at the Basu Plastic Surgery doctors in Houston, Texas. She explained to fans what the GalaFLEX internal mesh bra is too. It “supports the implants so it prevents bottoming out and stays in place for long to come.”
Brittany shared with her fans that she has always been well endowed and when she was in sixth grade, her bra size was naturally an F cup! “I was way too young to have huge breasts like that. I experienced back pains, I couldn’t do activities my peers did, and OMG not being able to be a child because I had the breasts of a grown woman was so traumatizing. As soon as I turned of age, I had to get an emergency reduction because of the unbearable back pain. My back was actually experiencing a lot of trauma from the weight of my breasts. The doctor was renowned online but completely botched my reduction and left me with some unusual scares and small breasts. I was very self-conscious. My frame was not considered and too much breast tissue was removed.”
She ended up having breast implants five years ago and thought it would help her “feel like” herself once again. She was still left with some scarring and wanted to try to get rid of that as well. She had cryotherapy and Kenalog injections done to try and get rid of these scars. “That worked for a while and my scars did get a lot better but over the years I noticed my implants bottoming out. That came from having too much breast tissue removed during my reduction.”
