’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers finds that when Bilal decided to play a prank on Shaeeda first thing, we all knew it was a bad idea. Bilal decided to test Shaeeda’s love for him by taking her to his family home the first night and showing her where he grew up, the ‘rotten’ digs as it were, a place that wasn’t well renovated, a far cry from where he actually lives.
However, he wanted to make sure that she was ‘grateful for what she had’ and make sure that the woman was not after him for just his money and make sure that she wanted to ‘build’ a relationship with him and make her prove it by making her live in an old house first thing.
’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers: Bilal plays with fire
The thing is, Bilal seems to forget that when someone comes all the way from their home country they probably expect what they’ve been used to if not greater, and it looks like Shaeeda was used to a house that looked better than this one in Trinidad and Tobago. She didn’t sign on for holes in the ceilings or mold on the floors.
Honestly, I would have been embarassed to bring someone back to a house that needed so much in repairs, especially if I expected to be able to marry them. Then Bilal pulled something out of the bible belt handbook and asked Shaeeda, “Where in the Koran does it say you have to provide a mansion?” and proceeded to lecture her.
Shaeeda doesn’t have to feel grateful for a house that is clearly falling down around her, she doesn’t have to feel grateful for Bilal presenting something that clearly isn’t his best and not making her feel safe first thing in a foriegn country, she wanted to feel safe and comfortable after a long flight and she clearly wasn’t in his family home.
Bilal took personal offense to this but it really had nothing to do with him personally, but rather a level of comfort that Shaeeda wanted to maintain. If Bilal didn’t want complaints then he shouldn’t have given her anything to complain about, simple as that. Stay tuned!!!
