Daddy shaming is undermining a father who is doing his best to provide for his family by saying that he is never present even though he is constantly working to support them. And when we look at Asuelu’s life, there may be an argument that he is suffering from this.
When he was 27, he tied the knot with his partner Kalani Faagata. They started a family, and had two sons. Kalani and her spouse were so close that they purchased a home to build their family in. Nevertheless, their relationship started to deteriorate due to the disagreements they had on the show.
Kalani had a wish for her husband to take more responsibility. And by the looks of it, this has now started to come to the fore. In her latest social media post, Kalani shared a clip of her two sons on a fairground ride. They had massive smiles on their faces and could not have been any happier.
The post was captioned by the following comments: “Damn, I love my babies.” And yet, Asuela was absent from the footage. This has led to suggestions that perhaps the pair may have parted ways. Regardless of what the case may have been, the fans made it clear that he needed to step up to the plate.
After all, even with a split, that should not deter him from spending more time with the children. One person wrote: “I bet their father is missing out on his boys lives and his lovely wife.”
There may be a justifiable reason as to why Asuelu is not in the photos, but until that actually emerges, it will not stop the speculation from spreading that the relationship is in tatters.
