’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers indicate that, if we had had to pick a couple out of the starting gate to go with on Before the 90 days, we’re pretty sure that none of us would have picked Mike Berk and his fiancé, Ximena. Ximena was much younger than him, already had kids, and it seemed that she has a certain ‘type’ when it comes to men… dangerous.
Mike couldn’t be further than that, he’s your average, unassuming guy from New York who looks like he might have starred in a Don Bluth movie at one point during our childhoods and is now trying his hand at finding his lady fair.

But before Mike left to go back to New York, after only having been with Ximena for a week and a half Mike decided that she was The One and got down on one knee and proposed to her. However, this was not before not only asking her Dad’s permission, but for the blessing of her two little boys as well!
Mike may be a messy person and he may have some undesirable ways, but when it comes down to it, we have to admit his heart is totally in the right place and he does seem to genuinely love Ximena and her family, which is a rare find when it comes to love.
Often times, even when the couple gets along and everything is perfect there is often opposition from the family, but with Ximena… it seems that her family genuinely likes Mike and he likes them as well! Even her sons!
It was really adorable when Mike told her two little boys, “When I come back, I’m going to marry your Mom.” and he said that he was going to return in a couple of months. It was really heartbreaking when they didn’t want to part at the airport, out of all of the couples this season it looks like Mike and Ximena may just have the best relationship.
Sure, Mike has his pigsty ways, but hey, it could be worse, he could be hiding over 100 women, or talking to secret sugar babies behind her back.
The only thing we kind of question is that next week we get to see Mike have to go back because Ximena requested that he pay for breast augmentation and his family is not liking the idea… but perhaps it’s not as sinister as it seems. We’ll give Ximena the benefit of the doubt, for now. Stay tuned!!!
