After the many arguments and issues that Angela Deem and Michael Ilesanmi have had, she has realized that she needs to see him face to face to try and resolve the issues between them. She decides to fly out to Nigeria and not tell hi them that she is showing up randomly. This isn’t something that he expects because of how they have been treating one another lately.

Ever since Angela mentioned having weight loss surgery and plastic surgery, Michael has shot it down. He told her that he loved her body the way it was and asked her not to get these surgeries done. She did anyway and ended up losing around 112 pounds. During the new episode of the show, we will see her picking out her outfits to wear while she is in Nigeria.

Her friend, Rene wants to help her choose the best outfits so that he will think she looks hot. She tells Rene, “I don’t wanna be cute. I want to be sexy. The last time I was there, I was 276 pounds. I am getting there 164, but Rene, he hasn’t said one word in the last two years about how good I’ve looked.”
Yes, Angela does want to show off her body to Michael since he hasn’t seen her in two years, but she is also traveling to see him because she thinks that he is scamming her. This is part of the reason that she wants to surprise him because if he is scamming her, this will be a way to catch him in the act. She was pretty upset by the fact that Michael wouldn’t take down his Instagram account and he told her that if she gave him $5,000, he would take it down. She refused to pay him and she started to think that their marriage has become a scam.
She tells the cameras, “I hope I look so good to Michael that he’s gonna regret how he’s been treating me and what he’s been doing to me. I want to save this marriage, but the reality is, if I find out Michael is scamming me, this marriage is over immediately.”
