From 90 Day Fiancé, Alexei and Loren Brovarnik now have three small children. In the newest season of their show, Loren and Alexei: After the 90 Days, the couple is planning for baby number three and Loren wants to talk about him getting a vasectomy.
90 Day Fiancé: The New Addition
Loren and Alexei welcomed baby Ariel into the world back in September, but the show was filmed months ahead of time. In one scene, they are at an appointment and they begin to talk about having the baby and Loren says to him, “After I have this baby, do you recommend a vasectomy for Alex?”

Then she says in a confessional, “He definitely thinks Alex should get a vasectomy.” Then Alexei tells the cameras, “No, he doesn’t. No man thinks that.” From what fans have seen of these two, they have always wanted two or three kids, but now that they have the third, it looks like Loren is done having kids. She has been very open about how Ariel will be their last.
She told her fans, “And we don’t know the gender. We’re not finding out. Because this is the last one. We’re done. I’m done.” They announced that they were having their third child before Mother’s Day this year and Loren seemed extremely excited about it.
She was overjoyed when she discovered that she was pregnant again and when she gave birth to a baby girl, her heart was filled with love and joy. When Ariel was born, Alexei told his fans, “Finding out the gender in the delivery room was even more special than we could have imagined. Thank you to my better half, Loren for making me the happiest man alive.”
In the new season of their show, they have teased that they will be going on a trip back to Israel to visit Alexei’s family. They are looking forward to bringing the children to meet everyone there and finally see their grandparents. They have not been back to visit them since they got married there in September of 2015. This trip is very important to them and they are ready to make more memories with their kids.
