90 Day Fiancé season 7 star Leida Margaretha was recently found to have been arrested. Leida joined the show after beginning to date single father Eric Rosenbrook. Flying from Indonesia to Wisconsin, the couple got married shortly after seeing each other for the first time. However, Leida would have conflicts over Eric’s daughter Alari, going as far as to convince Eric to kick her out of the house. They would also continue to have explosive arguments just before their wedding.
While the season ended in the hopes of the couple staying together, their marriage unsurprisingly wouldn’t last. Leida would file for divorce in February of 2024. It was after this divorce that several theft charges against Leida were revealed. This included evidence of fraud and Leida stealing thousands of dollars through wire transactions. Now, Leida’s criminal records deepen with her recent violent arrest.
Leida’s Recent Arrest
On January 25th, 2025, 90 Day Fiancé blogger johnyates327tv posted a screenshot showcasing Leida’s arrest information. The blogger captioned the post, “Leida arrested AGAIN this time last night for domestic with a weapon!” This arrest also took place just 2 weeks after a restraining order was placed on her. She is also still facing the theft charges that were previously made.
The majority of the comments are from fans in shock and confusion. Some fans question whether she is classified as an American citizen. We never got to see on the show if she ever received her green card. Even 90 Day star David Toborowsky comments, “Do you know her immigration status by any chance?” The news has spread rapidly throughout the fanbase, sparking more questions by the minute.
What Leida’s Arrest Means Looking Back
Considering Leida’s past behavior on the show, her evidence of violence now makes sense. Leida was shown to be incredibly confrontational and explosive on the show. Anytime something didn’t go her way, she would throw a fit. She went as far as to fight Eric’s daughter as Eric stood on the sidelines. With Leida’s aggression, it’s likely that she and Eric clashed heavily during their last months of marriage.
What’s interesting to note is the restraining order that was placed on Leida. According to an article by Starcasm, the order was placed by a woman named Rachel Boehm. Not much else is known about her case. Leida had, however, posted a story in the past of her allegedly being physically abused by Eric. According to her, this is what caused her to file for divorce.
Our Thoughts on Leida’s Arrest
Leida has always been known to be shady with her actions. Her heartlessness when kicking Eric’s daughter out of the house is just one of the many examples. Leida’s many theft attempts and violent altercations with Eric simply foreshadowed her now even messier criminal history. She had even attempted to dodge the divorce fee! Now with Leida behind bars, she is expecting several years in prison. Only then may her thieving schemes and violent outbursts will hopefully be heard about no longer.
