90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way star Sarper Güven is advertising his online gym coaching to female clients despite Shekinah Garner’s past objections. Shekinah and Sarper met when Shekinah took a trip to Istanbul. There, she met the Turkish personal trainer and the two immediately became infatuated with each other. They would continue their relationship long-distanced until Shekinah decided to move to Turkey after a few months.
Sarper was known as a controversial figure due to his infamous playboy past and aggressive personality. He would describe how he had slept with over 2,500 women. However, he states that Shekinah was his first love and is committed to settling down with her. Despite his promise, the couple would have multiple fights over trust and the topic of children. One of the most prominent of these fights would be Shekinah’s request for Sarper not to accept female clients to coach.
Did Sarper Break Shekinah’s Request?
On February 7th, 2025, Sarper posted stories advertising his personal fitness coaching sessions. In the stories, he offers both online coaching around the world and in-person in Los Angeles. However, all of the advertisements he posted feature women in them. This includes showing the “before and afters” of the female clients that he coaches.
Two days before his stories on February 5th, he made an official post on his Instagram page about his personal coaching. Again, he features what looks to be one of his clients that is coached by him. He advertises the same services in both the video and in the post’s caption. Many of the comments are confused by the post. “Is he allowed to have female clients now?” asks @jeremyatoz.
Despite Shekinah’s past refusal for Sarper to have female clients, she seems very supportive in the comments of Sarper’s post. She comments “The best trainer!!!” along with a GIF of women exercising happily with a dog. However, Shekinah doesn’t answer any of the questions fans have about her real opinions. Is Shekinah actually allowing Sarper to train female clients now?
What Shekinah’s Support of Sarper’s Coaching Means
Sarper is clearly advertising for women to be coached by him. All of his posts advertising his personal training include women exercising or showcasing their results from training. Not a single one of the posts features men besides Sarper himself! However, Shekinah looks to be supportive of Sarper despite her past trust issues with him.
The couple have been together for over a year now. They have also posted about their lives living together in America after filming 90 Day Fiancé season 11. The couple portrays their relationship as healthy and that they’re happy together. Perhaps Shekinah gained more trust in Sarper to allow him to take female clients now. It may even be a part of their storyline for season 11 when it begins airing.
Overall, Sarper opening up his clientele will greatly help bring in more income for the couple. However, we’ll have to see just how far the couple has come in their new season to see where their trust lies. There’s bound to be lots of drama with these two, so who knows if Shekinah is as supportive as she portrays.
