In the last few months, it has seemed as if Rob is constantly defending himself. In a recent post on social media, he told his fans that there were allegations that he didn’t take care of Sophie when they went to Cancun.
He told fans that he paid for most of the trip and Sophie did cover a small amount of it. He did add that he always paid for the rent and bills in Los Angeles and when they lived in Austin. Rob wanted to show everyone who claimed he was broke that he could take care of Sophie and had been for years.
Not only has Rob told his fans that he has taken care of Sophie, but he also was quick to stand up for himself and how he was in his relationship with Sophie.
He did tell fans that while he and Sophie were dating long-distance, he did cheat on her online and that he has been working to make this up to her ever since. No matter how Rob has tried to make it up to his wife, it looks like Claire won’t let this happen.
As if Claire couldn’t get more involved in her daughter’s marriage, she is now sharing with followers that Rob is abusive. Claire insisted that Rob wanted Sophie to pay for everything even though she still couldn’t work in the United States.
The clip that she shared was captioned, “This is Rob threatening to smash Sophie’s phone and wanting her to pay for it even though she is in the USA on a K-1, can’t work, has no money, threatening her and making her cry. It gets worse, trust me. I’m sick of being accused of, being a controlling Mum, but right now, I step back.”
