We first saw Nikki and Mark Shoemaker on 90 Day Fiancé. The couple has had a weird relationship ever since. Nikki is from the Philippines and when Mark met her, she was 19-years old. He was 58 at the time and he is a father of four children.
All of his children are actually older than Nikki and of course, viewers thought this was bizarre. Now that the couple has been married for a few years, they haven’t really been around much on social media. Mark recently posted and fans are curious if he and Nikki are still together or where she is.

Nikki and Mark made a lot of viewers feel creeped out. Their relationship was very strange and this has led many fans to think that there is something more happening here.
He would constantly say things to her like, “You’re a fine specimen” and “young, young, young.” He was constantly scolding her and making her feel small. He told her the things in their life that weren’t “allowed” and it seemed as if he was incredibly controlling of her.
Some new pictures of the couple have come up on social media that show that Mark is still around, but did Nikki just fall off the face of the earth? Apparently, in 2017, Mark and Nikki filed a lawsuit against TLC because of the way they made the couple look.
Mark told lawyers that TLC made him look to be a horrible person and they really didn’t show the real him. The last time that anyone saw Nikki on social media was a post on Instagram from 2013. Where is she? Is she okay?
One Reddit user decided to bring this up. They wrote, “It can’t be normal for a 19-year-old girl to go 7 years without posting anything on any social media platforms.” Another Reddit user posted, “She hasn’t posted on social media? She must be locked in a basement somewhere against her will. NO ONE ELSE WHO KNOWS HER is listing about her on social media either.”
There were other Reddit users that pointed out that there are some places in the Philippines that don’t post on social media and it isn’t easy for many of the poor parts of the country to have this access.
Who really knows what has happened to Nikki, but we do hope that she is okay and enjoying her life in the states.
