Liz knew that with all of the rumors spreading, she needed to make sure that her fans had the right answer about why she had lost weight.
Liz recently shared some photos of herself at the Carlsbad Strawberry Field. She shared some great shots of herself eating strawberries and picking them. Her fans were very happy to see her looking so happy.

When Liz was asked about her weight loss, she told her fans, “I was on antidepressants that made me gain a ton of weight. Once I stopped taking them, I started doing a lot of cardio. I like running and I’ll also watch Netflix shows on my elliptical and try to only watch shows while doing simple cardio.” Liz’s fans pointed out how great she looks now and many of them think that Ed caused her to “need” the antidepressants.
Now that Liz is no longer with Ed, she seems to be much happier back in San Diego. She is doing her best to stay healthy too.
