After finding out about the explosive fight between Yvette Arellano and Mohamed Abdelhamed, fans of the show were then further shocked to hear the audio of the fight between the couple. This situation has gotten out of control and every day there is something even worse that happens.
It turns out that YVette’s laywer, Kathleen Martinez, took to TikTok to explain what was going on and how Mohamed ‘faked his way into the United States.’

Martinez’s newest TikTok was shared this week and Yvette’s fans were shocked to hear what she had to say. She pointed out that Mohamed has falsely accused Yve of battery so he can get a U-visa. A U-visa is given to the party trying to become a citizen when they have been a victim of specific crimes by their partner.

These crimes can vary from physical abuse to mental abuse. It seems that he was talking with a woman he met online and they were planning this all along. They had actually spoken about a U-visa and it looks as if this woman may have been coaching him all along. Martinez ended up calling Mohamed the “Amber Heard of immigrants” after all of this.
This has been quite a mess since it all started. Just when we all thought that Mohamed and Yve were starting to make it work, all of this comes out. In the police report that was filed for the dispute, Mohamed admitted that he did cheat on Yve.
He added, in the police report, that he has “endured emotional and physical abuse from Yve” throughout their entire relationship. Yve’s side of the police report stated that she was “scared and worried because she does not know what he is capable of doing.”
Once Yve was charged with domestic violence against Mohamed, she immediately hired her lawyers to help with these allegations. She calls them her “dream team” and Martinez is one of them. Martinez wanted to point out that she is supporting her client in this and she wants to “help her put a stop to these wild allegations and shine light on the truth.”
