The 29-year-old eatery manager encountered Ed Brown, who was a frequent patron of the restaurant when he was 58 years old. Subsequent to Big Ed courting her, their friendship flourished into a relationship, which came as an unexpected shock to fans.
While that may have been the case, during a tell-all segment, it was revealed that Liz had been given a promotion, so that she could become a business partner. And yet, it seems that Ed was not on board with this which left things quite problematic. But it turns out that Liz may no longer be working there, according to one fan.
In the said comment, the person stated: “I was staying in the area and visited Encontro last night. Asked about Liz. She hasn’t worked there since before 10/2022. Unlike what we see on the show, she actually declined the owner’s offer for partnership bc her boyfriend (Ed) didn’t want her to.”
With that being said, recently, Ed caused a stir in the Instagram community as he shared a romantic snap of himself and Liz, thereby confirming their union. It appears that Liz could have relinquished her position at Encontro Restaurant due to her newfound fame as a reality TV star.
The fans on social media had a lot to say on the matter. A certain subset of people was of the view that Ed was not treating Liz in the best way since she had shown that she was willing to sacrifice a lot, and yet, the same could not be said for him.
One person wrote: “It’s so stupid because ed was the one constantly looking for love. And now that he found it, he is treating her like dirt. That’s just crazy, this kind of guy doesn’t deserve a second look.”
