He knew that he needed to talk to Kim Menzies about her but just didn’t know where to start. We saw him filming the video for his song, ‘Zara’ and we all knew that it would come up sooner or later, but just what happened to get Usman to spill the tea about the real Zara.

In the latest spoilers for the next episode of the show, Kim admits that she feels very upset when she learns who Zara really is. She feels some regret now for coming to see Usman as well. Usman and Kim were very happy to finally seal the deal in their relationship and have sex. They are now a couple, but Usman’s secret about Zara really was eating him up. He just knew that he had to tell her who she was and what happened between them.

Usman told the cameras that Zara is the one who broke things off with him and he really did love her. She was worried about the female fans in his life and she really couldn’t take it. Kim is pretty upset over the fact that the breakup was just four months ago and she claims that she has been talking to Usman for over a year. This also means that he lied to Kim about who Zara really was when she first asked about the song. He told her that it was just a random woman’s name and he didn’t let her know that Zara was actually an ex.
Kim tells cameras, “I thought I was the one that was like, repairing his heart, OK, and his trust, but during this time that I was putting this work in, he’s dating this whole other chick. I’m pissed. I feel stupid. I feel stupid I even came down here. That’s how I feel.” Because Zara couldn’t take Usman having so many female fans, she broke things off with him. That is when he decided to full focus his intentions on Kim.
Will this big secret push Kim over the limit? Will she end things with Usman since he lied to her and kept this a secret the entire time that she has been in Tanzania? We will have to wait and see what happens on 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days on TLC.
