’90 Day Fiancé’ long time star, Angela Deem is universally known for her bad attitude and bad habits. Now it seems her unhealthy lifestyle has scared at least one viewer ‘straight’.
A Reddit user recently left an ode to Angela, thanking the mee-maw from Georgia for helping them break their own bad habits and improving their health.
How exactly did Angela help? Just by being Angela.
The Redditor started their post by writing ‘A massive thank you to Angela’.

They went on to say they began watching 90 Day Fiancé around a year earlier. After seeing Angela, they were so traumatized by her appearance that they quit smoking cold turkey!
They further committed to taking care of their skin, stopped drinking sodas, juice and anything else packed with sugar and purposefully reduced their alcohol intake.
They said the secret to their quitting smoking success was picturing a side-by-side with 55 year old reality star Angela and host of the 90 Day Fiancé Tell Alls- Shawn Robinson who looks incredible for 59 years old. They claimed the urge to light up was immediately extinguished when that comparison came to mind.
The Reddit user, like Angela, began smoking as a teenager and was struggling to quit, using patches, vapes, other drugs to help curb cravings and, just like our friend, Angela, hypnotherapy.
Also, like Angela, nothing they tried would work. Now they suggest to anyone else trying to create a healthier lifestyle for themselves–including giving up the tobacco–is to watch Angela on 90 Day Fiancé.
They finished their shady- yet pretty darn funny post by saying of the damage Angela has done on her body- inside and out, “No amount of plastic surgery will ever reverse [it]”.
Most 90 Day fans will agree that it’s Angela’s attitude that could do with the makeover, unfortunately there are no quick nip and tuck fixes for that one!
