Angela Deem’s offscreen antics are rivaling anything 90 Day Fiancé showrunners could come up with following her ex-boyfriend Michael Ilesnami’s return to social media. In February of 2023, Ilnesami turned himself in at the Jeff Davis County Sheriff’s Office in Hazelhurst, GA, telling law enforcement officers that he feared for his safety.
Ilnesami briefly left social media following what bloggers referred to as his ‘disappearance.’ On April 18, 90 Day Fiancé blogger 90DayUpdates reposted Ilesnami’s first cameo. Wherein Michael told his fans to request a cameo from him. Michael reportedly charged $75 per personalized video plus $30 for a personalized message per Screenrant. Reports indicated that Ilnesami would be using Cameo to help him raise money in the US.
90 Day Fiancé: Angela Deem Flees to Canada Following Ex Michael’s Return to Social Media
With Michael’s return to the internet, some fans speculated that Michael’s ex, Angela, was using her rumored romance with Scott Wern as a ploy to get Michael’s attention. She also posted a selfie wearing minimal makeup in April.
On April 23, blogger @merrypants posted a video of Deem cuddling with another mystery man. Some fans speculated that the man pictured was Michael with a filter, but others were skeptical.
Michael did not respond to the post, despite his costars responding, sometimes with GIFS of him laughing.
As for Michael, as of April 30, his Cameo is temporarily unavailable.
In addition to their relationship being called into question, Angela and Michael’s partnership with TLC is now also in question.
On April 29, Angela posted an Instagram story with the caption, “Relax, they’ll miss you when they can’t replace you.” The post seemingly hinted at the fractured relationship between Deem and TLC. Throughout the 90 Day Fiancé fanbase, Deem is lauded as one of the franchise’s original stars, with the cameras acting as accidental witnesses to Angela’s abusive behavior toward Michael. Cameras were present when Deem destroyed Michael’s car.
Angela seems to be attempting to capitalize on her fame as the self-proclaimed “Queen of reality TV” with or without TLC’s financial backing.
On May 10, Angela is hosting a karaoke night at the Jokers Theater and Comedy Club in Ontario, Canada. The event description promises “an unforgettable evening filled with music, laughter, and the chance to meet one of reality TV’s most vibrant personalities. Angela will be hosting a lively karaoke party where you can showcase your singing skills and belt out your favorite tunes alongside her.”
It is unclear what Angela’s hosting duties entail. The fact that it’s a karaoke night makes it feel like the bastardized version of Countess Luann DesLessep’s cabaret.
Fans of Angela speculate that her trip to Canada may act as an excuse for her to see her crush. Bill Sotirpoulous, whom Deem refers to as “Billy,” lives in Canada. Billy works several jobs. Billy worked as a stripper throughout the eighties, and was known as a “thief of hearts.”
Billy and Angela have been close since 2022. Recent reports indicate that Angela has discussed her marital problems with Billy. Deem said of Billy, “He makes time for me and listens to me.”
