90 Day Fiancé fans have noticed a trend on the show. When Andrei Castravet gets angry, he has a tendency to act a bit abusive. We have seen this recently with Elizabeth Castravet after the couple went to his Green Card interview. When she was asked when they met, her answer was not what he had told them and she got the question wrong. This has put him in jeopardy of being deported and having to go back to Moldova for good. This royally angered him and not it looks like he cannot calm down about it.

Andrei has a short fuse and we have all seen that on the show. When he gets angry, it seems as if Libby just backs down from him and shuts down. Reddit users wanted to share their feelings about Andrei’s rude behavior. Many of them feel as if he could mistreat Libby and it could be what really happens behind the cameras.

One Redditor wrote, “The way he talks to Libby is so degrading, the tone he uses. The way he talks to her, yes, he is such an abuser. It is really terrible to watch. I know her family isn’t much better, but she should not be treating anyone like he does. Throw him out!” One more added, “I’m really starting to believe that TLC only wants to showcase verbal and physically abusive trash on their network.”
There were Reddit users who brought up multiple examples of how poorly he treated his wife. One wrote, “Does anybody remember when he grabbed her phone out of her hands because she was texting her sister and he didn’t like that? While he was driving, mind you.” Another chimed in, “As soon as he’s not totally happy, he’ll make everyone miserable too. It must be exhausting to live with someone like that. Sucks the soul right out of a person.”
From the looks of it, many fans feel that Andrei’s behavior is emotionally and mentally abusive toward his wife. There are many fans of the show that feel as if his behavior toward her is unhealthy for their children to see and grow up around. Why does TLC continue to cast couples with emotional issues? Why would they continue to keep him on the show? It is all about ratings for them and apparently, viewers love the drama.
