Marc Anthony has officially gotten engaged to model Nadia Ferreira.

This news arrives on the back end of speculation, just three months prior, that the pair were romantically linked after being seen in Mexico. Soon after, they came out officially as an item on Instagram in March when they were pictured on Marc’s private plane.
While it may seem that the relationship has been moving at such a fast pace, the couple did not seem to have a care in the world as shown by the following post. In the picture here, we can see an image of the pair holding hands.
On Nadia’s finger, there is a huge diamond ring. The post was captioned by the following comments: “Engagement party.” Despite the couple clearly being happy, there is still a concern that things may not work out for the following reasons.
First of all, there is a significant age gap between the pair. Marc is 53-years-old, while Nadia is just 23. Thus, there is a feeling that their priorities may be different. Secondly, this is not the first time that Marc has committed to a woman.
He has a long history of failed relationships. So much so that the star has been engaged on none other than four occasions. This includes the following women: Claudette Lali, Dayanara Torres, Jennifer Lopez and Shannon De Lima.
As a result, the fans on social media had a lot of concern over the viability of their relationship going forward. A significant proportion of people were of the view that Nadia’s intentions were questionable. Meanwhile, others mocked Marc for the fact that he keeps on getting engaged.
One person wrote: “Why would she want an old wrinkly man w/kids that she may have to be a caregiver to in maybe 10 yrs???” while another stated: “He’s the male version of his ex wife J Lo!”
