‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers here and we’re set to dive into some more fun spoilers as we get ready for Thursday, May 9.
This episode looks like it’s going to be a fun one as there’s going to be some confrontations and near confrontations as things look like they’re going to get interesting as everyone deals with the fallout from their decisions.
One of the strangest things will be Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) being the voice of reason while trying to talk Summer Newman (Alison Lanier) down.
Phyllis. The voice of reason.
Oh boy. Let’s get into some spoilery goodies!
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For Thursday, May 9: Victor’s tease
It looks like Jordan Howard (Colleen Zenk) is going to continue to be Victor Newman (Eric Braeden)’s plaything for a while as he’ll encourage her to drink more and teases hiking her up to an IV drip like she did Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott).
Jordan will try to make a deal to be sent to prison, and ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers suspects he’s going to make her a deal she can’t refuse, meaning she won’t like it.
Either way, we don’t see her ever leaving his dungeon since the world thinks she’s dead.
That is, unless someone happens across her and that’s the most likely scenario considering they’re keeping her around.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For Thursday, May 9: Phyllis makes sense
Well, this is something we didn’t have on our bingo cards, and seeing Phyllis actually being the voice of reason should worry us.
But then she’s going to be trying to talk her daughter off her paranoid ledge, and her kids are the things Phyllis will act crazy and sane for.
Of course, this will be over Claire Grace (Hayley Erin) spending time with Harrison Abbott (Redding Munsell) and Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) being okay with it.
Phyllis will try to calm Summer down and explain she’s just being over protective and that Claire was a victim, though Phyllis may change her tune when she hears everyone wants Claire to be Harrison’s nanny.
We have a feeling that no matter what Kyle does, if it’s not 100% in line with what Summer wants, he’s going to come out on the losing end.
To be fair, we don’t see him doing anything she’ll disapprove of, but given how Summer’s been acting more like Phyllis over the last few months, anything is possible.
