‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers suggests that Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) has a difficult decision to make. She has made a big mess and has damaged practically every relationship in her life. While she has apologized, it does appear that her contrition has its focus on self-pity. She is sorrier that she got caught than sorry for her decision.
This is supported by how she continues to note that Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) and Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) broke the law. Is she willing to let this all go or is she going to fight back against their vengeful actions?
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Never Ending Feud
GH’s Carly Spencer and Nina Reeves have been at each other’s throats since time immemorial. Recently Carly seemed to value peace more than rumbling with Nina, so she did let some things go. Carly also wanted her ex, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) to be happy in his new marriage to Nina.
But Nina couldn’t resist trying to get revenge on Carly for keeping Williow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) away from her. Because she was so hurt by this, she decided to provide a tip to the SEC that Carly and her boyfriend Drew were involved in insider trading. While they were, the merger they anticipated fell through and no money was made.
Drew didn’t want Carly to get prison time, even though that is what Nina was hoping for. He took the fall for it all and then ended up being given a much longer than anticipated sentence in Pentonville. He almost lost his life in prison.
Now the news has come out that Nina was to blame, so she has lost her marriage and her relationship with Willow. She also just lost her job because Drew got her to quit and turned over the magazine to Carly to be editor.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Next Move
GH’s Nina is facing a difficult decision. What should she do next? Everything has fallen apart and no one is happy with her. Ava Jerome (Maura West) is probably her only friend.
She wanted Nina to come clean with Sonny from the beginning. Now she is encouraging her to lay low. Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) gave her that advice too, to just let things go and let things settle down.
But now, Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) is enticing Nina with an offer she may not be able to refuse. She should probably refuse it to keep from alienating her daughter and her husband any further, but she will be hard pressed to sit by and do nothing.
Valentin is offering to set her up with a competing magazine that can destroy Crimson. Carly has no idea how to run a magazine or about the business, and it won’t be hard for Nina to flex her muscle in this area.
Is it worth it though? Does she really need to do this? Won’t it just be for the purpose of “sticking it” to Carly? And won’t that destroy any chance Nina has to redeem her relationships? What do you think Nina should do and what do you think she will do?
