‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers suggests that even though Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) and Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) are not working together to destroy Tricia Robinson’s (Tabyana Ali) and Spencer Cassadine’s (Nicholas Chavez) relationship, they might as well be. Each of them is contributing to breaking the couple apart.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Portia Robinson Takes Aim
Portia doesn’t like Spencer. She believes that he has brought a lot of trouble and danger into Tricia’s life. While she admires him for taking good care of his brother Ace Prince-Cassadine (Jay & Joey Clay), she doesn’t think it is great that Spencer and Esme are co-parenting. Since he is doing this, she believes it would be a good idea for him to step out Tricia’s life for good.
She has also helped and encouraged this connection between Esme and Spencer as they co-parent. She suggested parenting classes to Esme and encouraged her to invite Spencer. While Spencer is just Ace’s brother, he is acting as a primary caregiver and is “playing house” with Esme as they raise Ace. This is contributing to time away from Tricia.
Even when Spencer isn’t getting called away to help with Ace, Portia makes it seem like that is why he is gone. When Portia tells him to leave Tricia alone and he takes off without saying goodbye, Tricia thinks it is because he needs to return to Esme and Ace. Portia is hiding her meddling in their relationship. What will Tricia thinks when she finds out?
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Esme Prince Does Her Part
While Esme supposedly has lost her memory and as a result, doesn’t seem to be as nefarious and scheming as before, she definitely wants to have something solid with Spencer. While she needs and appreciate his help with Ace, she also is having feelings for him.
She acts on these by needing his help with Ace at the most inopportune moments. When Spencer and Trina have a date planned, Ace needs Spencer’s help to get him to sleep. There is always something that comes up. Will Trina decide she is done competing with Ace for Spencer’s attention and affection?
Esme and Spencer took some “family” photos and these will just end up hurting Trina, when and if she sees them. Will she decide that she has had enough and just let Spencer and Esme explore their possible future together? What do you think? Does Trina deserve more than Spencer can offer her?
