On Tuesday, while the Secret Service looked into a serious security lapse in which someone left cocaine in the White House, President Joe Biden disregarded shouted questions from reporters.
He was speaking to educators at the Representative Assembly of the National Education Association alongside first lady Jill Bide.
Although the conference was held in Orlando, the Bidens participated virtually from the South Court Auditorium of the White House complex, where the president stated, “By the way, arming teachers is not the answer.”
The president had earlier on Tuesday issued a statement denouncing the spate of shootings that had rocked American communities in the days preceding the Fourth of July holiday, so gun violence was on his mind.
President Joe Biden IGNORES Questions About The Cocaine Found In The White House, Why Is This Allowed?
The major news out of the White House, that a bag of white powder found in an office in the West Wing on Sunday night was cocaine, has not yet been addressed by the president. After addressing the NEA assembly virtually, the president quickly left with Dr. Biden, dodging the yells of the press.
Reportedly, Hunter Biden was just in the White House two days prior, and as a recovering drug addict, there has been an internet game of Clue being played now trying to figure out if that’s where the cocaine came from.
There don’t seem to be many other ideas about where it could have possibly come from and it makes a lot of sense.
There’s been a lot of drama surrounding the Bidens, and strangely enough, it doesn’t seem to be phasing the family. How much more controversy can they take and is there a chance that Biden or some of the staffers could be booted from the White House following this?
What do you think? Is this going to affect the Biden presidency or his chance of re-election or do you think that this will blow over and people are just going to try to forget about it? Let us know in the comments below.
