‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers indicate that Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) is not going to fight for his relationship with Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy). She has left, and he’s done with her.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Caught Red Handed
Nate was on a “business trip” with Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) when they took their personal relationship to a new level. After some passionate kisses and a make-out session in the office, it didn’t take long for them to end up in bed together on their trip to Los Angeles.
Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) tells Elena that Nate did not go alone as he claimed. Elena decides to go to Los Angeles and catches the pair holding hands over breakfast. When she demands that Nate share the status of his relationship with Victoria, he comes clean and tells her that they slept together.
It is over for Elena. She comes home, packs up and then moves out after smashing a picture of the two of them together. Elena knows who the real Nate is now and isn’t going to give him another chance. She just feels down on herself for not recognizing that Nate was not committed to her.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Looking Forward
Nate is not going to try gain her trust or win her back. For him it is over too. While he regrets hurting Elena, he told Victoria that had not really wanted a future with her, he would not have done what he did.
So, he doesn’t feel that he made the wrong choice. He wanted Victoria and he still does. Elena was an unfortunate casualty in the situation.
Nate is interested in going backward. He only wants to go forward. He wants to do that personally and professionally. The always ambitious Nate Hasting has bedded the boss and believes there is nowhere to go from here except “up”.
It will be interesting to see if he can reach his professional goals with this personal relationship tied to it.
Do you think a relationship between Nate and Victoria will be successful? Is it going to hurt the company? Both of them want each other right now, but when will one decide they want to exert more power over the other? What will happen? Share your thoughts below.
