‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) is a man who gets what he wants, even if it means lying and playing people for all they’re worth.

While Victor’s main goal is to get McCall Unlimited to give to Adam Newman (Mark Grossman), he is not going through a long convoluted plot to make it happen, and it may cost his relationship with his daughter, Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway).

Abby has been with Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) for a bit now but never told her father and he found out in the strangest way possible, but seeing her walk down his stairs in her underwear while wearing Devon’s shirt.

So, what does Abby and Devon’s relationship have to do with this? Well, Victor is only trying to help Devon and pretending to care about his company’s legacy simply so that Devon will hopefully step off his acquisition of Tucker McCall’s (Trevor St. John) company. That’s it.

If Abby learns that her father is taking Devon for a trip and pretending to care about his company, it could severely affect their relationship, plus, Devon may push harder on getting the company just to spite Victor.

Here we are yet again watching as Victor attempts to “help” one of his children only for it to ruin people’s lives and make him feel as though he’s still all-powerful.

Maybe it needs to happen so Victor can finally realize that the world does not revolve around him and he can actually attempt to make a meaningful relationship with his children instead of just trying to constantly push them into positions of power!

What do you think? Will this ruin Victor’s relationship with Abby and if Devon finds out do you think he will do everything he can to make sure Victor doesn’t get the company? Let us know in the comments below.
