Tana Mongeau recently put out a YouTube vlog stating that she was going to attempt to do the 75 hard challenge. Apparently that is a super healthy challenge where you work out twice a day and eat really healthy and actually work towards your health goals.
Where did Tana get the inspiration for such a goal? Jeff Wittek. He kept daring her, finally on a recent podcast he put her up to the challenge and she said that she would never be able to do that and no one would tune in to see healthy Tana, but much to her amazement people in the comments were actually being super supportive of her going on a health journey.
Will Tana Mongeau really do 75 hard?
Jeff Wittek has been sober for four years, according to Tana’s most recent vlog, even though he made it a point to show up for the Dizzy wine launch, he wasn’t drinking any. Tana had to disappoint everyone by titling her video “what happened with my old manager” and then only showing 30 seconds of her with Jordon Worona where they didn’t actually address anything. Wow, you thought there was going to be a tea and storytime?
Surely, you jest. There was a lot of random vlogging and mentioning of the wild Bryce Hall hook-up incident (she’s not going to forget that one for awhile), but it was pretty par for the course. There was a lot of random drunk Tana in the vlog.
But she said that Tana is going to be left in 2022 for awhile, so we’re going to start 2023 with clean and sober Tana which is going to be interesting. It’s not that we haven’t seen clean and sober Tana before, we have, but we probably just haven’t seen her in awhile.
This might also means that things that mean to get uploaded might actually get uploaded! Well, we can dream, at least. Tana did say that she would be doing “Tana’s version” of 75 hard so we’ll just have to see what that actually looks like, it might end up looking more like 15 minutes rather than 75 hard but we’ll give her about a month and a half to see results.
