As a result of her ongoing struggles with both her mental health and substance usage, Britney Spears‘ loved ones decided to stage an intervention. TMZ has discovered. “I’m terrified she’s going to die,” one insider who has regular touch with Britney has said.

Several reports claim that Britney’s unpredictable and erratic behavior has scared those around her. She reportedly takes medications that “pump her up.” According to our sources, she has been “blowing off the handle” more frequently lately and is not taking the drugs that help to keep her under control.

The idea was to transport an unaware Britney to the house, where her manager, husband Sam Asghari, an interventionist, and doctors would be present, in an effort to persuade her she needed treatment. Her management hired a house in the L.A. region for several months. Jamie Spears, Lynne Spears, and Britney’s two sons reportedly had nothing to do with it. The intervention was supposed to happen on Tuesday.

According to reports, Britney was supposed to stay in the rented home for up to two months while undergoing both medical care and psychological counseling.

Tuesday’s plan was altered; according to reports, Britney got “slightly aware” of it. For some reason, everything changed, and the intervention concept was dropped. We questioned several persons who knew Britney and Sam about why the power would be cut off in light of her condition, but we received no responses. Britney consented to see a doctor; it’s unclear whether it will be a doctor or a therapist. According to reports, Britney’s appointment with the doctor on Wednesday late afternoon “went smoothly.”
