Prince Andrew has been described as impolite and unpleasant by former royal protection officer Paul Page.
Prince Andrew Was A ‘F***ing Plum, A Rude, Obnoxious, Individual,’ Says Former Royal Protection Officer Paul Page
The former had been responsible for ensuring that the late Queen Elizabeth II and the rest of the firm had the best possible security available. Not only that, but he also asserted that the Duke of York, who had to step down from his public duties due to his connections with Jeffrey Epstein, a notorious sexual predator, had a group of stuffed bears and would become enraged if they were not placed just right on his bed.
With that being said, he did not have any warm words to say about Andrew. In his comments, he said: “He wasn’t well liked if I’m honest. He was a f***ing plum – a rude, obnoxious, individual. Just a nasty, horrible little man.
“If Prince Philip shoved a bar of soap in his gob the first time he told a servant to f**k off most of this probably wouldn’t have happened.” Nevertheless, Page has not covered himself in glory. In 2009, Page was given a six-year prison sentence for a £3 million property scam.
His wagering and real estate fraud included cheating 57 people in a three-year span, including his own royal security associates and their families and companions. But ever since that moment, he has not held back on his views about the Prince.
He added: “He had the run of the place. We never had problems with any other members of the royal family. The first time he told me to f*** off I thought, really?” The response on social media towards Andrew was damning.
Large number of people made it clear that they wanted to see him held accountable for his behaviour, especially since it led to allegations of sexual assault, as per the Virginia Guiffre allegations. One person wrote: “There’s something very wrong with Andrew, like Maxwell and Epstein.”
