They spent thousands of dollars on drugs and gambling and he was the reason for her abandoning her youngest daughter, Alana Thompson.
June decided to walk away from Geno after they went through some tough times and now she has married a man named Justin Stroud. Geno went to rehab after he got into some trouble with the law. Now it looks as if he has relapsed and could be in deeper trouble than ever before.

He was in a facility in South Carolina when he decided that he needed to have another drink. This halted his sobriety journey after nine months. One source close to him did tell the press that he knew that he had messed up and he is ready to start all over again.
Even though Geno wants to become sober once again, he told the source that he is not ready to go back to rehab, but he does feel as if he will be able to continue this sobriety journey on his own and with the help of those close to him. He is committed to going to AA meetings and keeping his life clean and sober.
It is hard to sober up for most people, but Geno is ready to do it. When he checked into rehab, he was ready to change everything in his life and he eventually lost 70 pounds while there. Being sober has turned his life around, but now that he has had a relapse, it seems clear that he needs to focus on himself again and try his best to stay away from alcohol.
Geno and June did get arrested together back in 2019 during a domestic dispute and he served time in jail in Macon, Georgia. This seemed to be what he needed to turn his life around. We hope that he can continue to stay away from drugs and alcohol.
