Two weeks after they made the decision to get back together, Sylvester Stallone and Jennifer Flavin‘s divorce has been formally annulled, Page Six can confirm. The two filed a notice for voluntary dismissal in Palm Beach County, Florida, according to information provided to us on Friday by the “Rocky” actor’s attorneys.
Since the paperwork was just submitted on Friday morning, the change is not yet reflected in the online court records. Stallone, 76, and Flavin, 54, have filed for dismissal, according to a different source who exclusively confirmed the news to Page Six, and they “are together and very happy.”
In addition, the insider notes that the couple was recently in New York City “enjoying a lovely dinner with close friends — The Gores” and that they were there to support Stallone’s new television project, “Tulsa King.”
Sylvester Stallone And Jennifer Flavin’s Marriage Back On Track After Divorce Filing
On Thursday night, Stallone and Flavin made no attempt to conceal the fact that they are back together. With their arms linked and broad smiles on their faces, the “Rambo” actor and the founder of Serious Skincare left Manhattan’s The Polo Bar.
The married couple’s decision to file for divorce was first reported by Page Six in late September. Stallone and Flavin met up “back up at home,” where they “talked and were able to work out their differences,” according to the actor’s rep, who also stated that they were “both extremely happy.”
The brief breakup was over after a month. On August 19, Flavin filed for divorce, stating in court documents that their 25-year marriage was “irretrievably broken.”
When Flavin was spotted without her wedding ring and Stallone covered up two tattoos he got in honor of his wife, it appeared as though the couple was moving toward divorce.
A filing for an order of abatement, which sought to halt all divorce proceedings, put an end to the divorce, though.
