It doens’t surprise a lot of Alaskan Bush people fans that Gabe Brown is now experimenting with wearing eyeliner. His personality is pretty out there already and this doesn’t seem shocking to many viewers.
Gabe and his brother, Bam Bam Brown, are trying their best to rebuild the family ranch after it was destroyed by a fire. They decide that it is up to them to get all the wood and items needed to rebuild and that is what we recently saw on the show.

As Gabe and Bam Bam are working on getting everything they need to rebuild, they head over to the logging camp to see how the progress is going. When they check in Gabe is called out by one of the men at the camp for wearing eyeliner. The man tells him that he thinks that it is “weird” and Gabe just seems to shake it off.

According to Gabe‘s Instagram account, he has actualy been flaunting the eyeliner for over a year. There are many theories as to why. One of the main theories is that he is dealing with his how he identifies sexually. There have been rumors that he could be gay or bisexual and that he has chosen to wear eyeliner to make a statement about these rumors.
No one has confirmed or denied this rumor, but fans think that he is likely to hold back on discussing his sexuality because he is a public figure on television. The Brown family is also a rough bunch, so it may not exactly be easy to come out in a family like this one.
Another theory from fans is that Gabe could be mourning his father, Billy Brown. Billy died last year after suffering from a horrible seizure and he never came out of it. Fans feel that the eyeliner is all part of a goth phase that he is going through and this is the way that he expresses himself these days.
No matter what the reason, Gabe has shown fans that not only is he wearing the eyeliner with pride, he even puts it on when he goes to work. Gabe has been working hard on getting the ranch back to where it was before and he wants it to bring up a profit this time around too.
