In the new season of Sister Wives, Christine Brown will be the center of the show. When she announced that she was leaving the marriage, fans were shocked. This season will be filled with the tension that led up to these moments of her leaving and we will see Kody Brown blasting her about the other wives.
Sister Wives: Did She Support The Other Wives?
In one of the newest clips for the 17th season, Kody accuses Christine of never supporting Robyn Brown. Ever since the pandemic hit, viewers have always felt that Robyn was his favorite wife, even though he has made claims that aren’t true. Now it seems that he is putting the blame on Christine for never showing her support to Robyn during the marriage.

Christine tells Kody, in one clip, “Being married to you has been heartache. And it’s been a pain because I have tried for so long and so hard to be what you needed. I did everything I could so that I could make it so you wanted to be around me.” Then Kody claps back at her, “Everything but treat your sister wives with kindness and respect.” She tells him that she isn’t quite sure what he meant by that. He then tells her, “As if I haven’t had my heart broken for years, by her complaints and hatred of plural marriage.” Kody then tells Christine that all she ever wanted to do was be a mother to Janelle Brown’s kids, but never to Robyn’s.
With over 25 years together in marriage, Christine made the choice to leave Kody. It is clear that she had a lot of added stress and emotional turmoil in her life and decided that she needed to live a life of her own. Kody and the rest of the wives were shocked by her decision, but it seemed that this was the best thing for her to do.
In the new season of the show, which some fans feel will be the last, we will see everything adding up to the moments of her leaving. We are excited to see the reactions of the other wives and how Christine went to her children for advice on leaving their father. Her children have played a large part in her leaving and when Kody wouldn’t show up for their daughter’s back surgery, that was the straw that broke the camel’s back.
