Even though Hilary Clinton has declared she won’t ever run for president again, it seems like she just can’t give up the daytime TV scene. The 2016 candidate for president made an appearance with daughter Chelsea on “The View” on Wednesday to promote their new AppleTV+ show “Gutsy,” but viewers weren’t overly impressed.
In response to a question regarding the recent search of Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate, Clinton, 74, said it was “terrifying” to learn that the former president had documents pertaining to a foreign country’s nuclear capabilities.

She told the “The View” co-hosts, “I think this should be taken seriously, and it’s not a laughing matter,” before declining to say whether she thinks Trump will be charged. Right-wing voters were urged by Clinton to support her rival for the presidency in 2016, telling them that they should “reconstitute the Republican Party to where it used to be, and not the party of Trump, which I think is very dangerous for the country.”
Viewers reacted saying, “Is it ‘Hot Topics’ or ‘Trump Topics?’”, “Down a shot every time they say ‘Trump,’”, ““This woman is the LAST PERSON that should be talking about classified documents,” and “At no time during this entire segment did the hypocrites at ‘The View,’ including the so-called Republican Alyssa Farah, confront Hillary Clinton about her lying about the classified documents on her illegal secret server and destruction of her hard drive and phones.”
Others, however, praised the couple’s appearance on the program and expressed their excitement to watch “Gutsy.” At the end of the day though, this was not a good look for Hillary and it just shows that she cannot seem to let go of the 2016 election.
