Zendaya has denied rumours that she is pregnant in response to a TikTok prank that went viral.
Zendaya Responds To Viral TikTok Which Falsely Claimed She Was Pregnant-‘I Just Fell To My Knees In A Walmart’
Zendaya, for her part, sent fans into a frenzy on the basis that she may be expecting her very own baby ‘Spider-Man’ in real life. The actress is currently loved up with Tom Holland, with the couple having managed to take their on-screen romance in the Spider-Man franchise into a real life.
And given that fans have endorsed the pair as having a ‘perfect’ relationship, things went to the next level when the following TikTok suggested that she could be pregnant.
In the clip here, we can see that a series of shots have been edited together to make it look as though an ultrasound was posted by Zendaya. The clip then ends with Kris Jenner dancing. The video instantly went viral, and the fans had a lot to say about this.
Immediately in the aftermath, a significant proportion of the fanbase could not believe that she was pregnant. After all, there had been no official announcement prior to this, while the concept of dropping something like this on TikTok did not make sense.
One person wrote: “I need to know who’s y’all source is because why everybody on the [timeline] saying this,” while another person stated: “Zendaya PREGNANT?? I just fell to my knees in a walmart.”
Naturally, Zendaya had no option but to come out and clear up any misconceptions that had been caused. With that being said, she reassured her fans that nothing could be further from the truth, as she is not expecting a child anytime soon.
And in the process of dismissing those claims, Zendaya outlined that this was one of the main reasons why she is not on TikTok. In response to the video, she remarked: “See now, this is why I stay off…Just making stuff up for no reason…weekly.”
