Things are shifting in Genoa City slightly as new opportunities are being presented, and CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers are ready for some more character building.
With possible changes in the air, it’s going to be interesting to see who accepts what when given the chance, and how bad is it going to blow back on the presenter.
With so many questions in the air, let’s dive into the spoilers.
CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Chelsea’s new opportunity
Chelsea Newman (Melissa Claire Egan) has had a rough year or two, but things are going to start looking up for her during her meeting with Summer Newman (Allison Lanier).
It looks like Summer’s going to offer he a position with Marchetti, and ‘Young and the Restless’ are curious if this will give her time to keep working with Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson) or will she have to choose?
We doubt she’ll be able to pull off both jobs working full time, so we think it’s safe to assume she’ll have a choice to make.
But since it’s not an easy one, she’ll want some time to think about it. It’s going to be a touch choice for her, and we’re curious how Chloe will take it unless Chelsea can bring her with.
CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Favor time
After his successful speech following Imani Benedict (Leigh-Ann Rose)’s encouragement, Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) may ask Imani if she could be a sounding board for him from time to time.
It’ll be a favor and nothing meant to be long term or more than occasionally, but it’ll open the doors for her to get closer to him in the work place, and we’re sure Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) will love hearing this.
Of course, Nate may not tell her since he knows how she’ll react, and since it’s just work he won’t think anything of it. Guess he forgot how his and Elena’s relationship got started?
CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Going for the sympathy
Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) knows how to get to Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman), and she’s going to play the sympathy card by being there for him in regards to Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford).
Unlike Phyllis, she won’t badmouth anyone and explain she can understand why Phyllis hates her so much.
Jack has been softening in his stance toward Diane bit by bit, and this will be another chink in his armor that’ll be taken care of as Diane continues to try and recapture the life she walked away from.
Will Jack start to buy into what Diane’s selling or will he see through her? Let us know below and check back with ‘Young and the Restless’ for the latest updates, spoilers, and speculation around.
