Even though social media has hinted about it for months we didn’t get actual confirmation until poor Moriah Plath broke down on camera and confessed that she and boyfriend Max Kall were no more. Is that any real surprise?
Aside from her hints on instagram, no, not really, both Moriah and Max are really, really young and we know for a fact that it was Moriah’s first relationship. We know that statistically a break-up was bound to happen between them. In fact, it’s healthier if it happens now instead of later, besides, Moriah needed someone who was a bit less conservative than Max. He got a lot of backlash for trying to dictate the way she dressed last season and it has not aged well, now that we know what we know.
Max Kall and Moriah Plath broke up
Last season we were under the impression that Max was supposed to end up living with Moriah along with Ethan and Olivia, but they said that one thing after another happened and he didn’t end up moving in and then one night he called Moriah up and told her that he “made a mistake” and right now, they’re not together, which is how Moriah phrased it.
You could tell that this dealt Moriah a lot of damage, she confessed that she felt worthless afterward, to think that she could be “traded for anything”, she didn’t go into detail but I think all of us females can kind of put two and two together… Moriah thought this was a forever deal, and Max got cold feet. We’ve all been there.
We were glad when Micah came to visit, because he broke some of the tension in the house. Olivia’s brother, Nathan, has nothing of Olivia’s golden personality and is kind of… just there. Maybe he’s just shy, we’ll give him a few episodes before we label him as dull.
Poor Moriah broke down when Micah asked her about what happened with Max, we felt so sorry for her, and we feel bad for Micah too, after all, with the absences of Max, he lost his best brofriend back in Tampa. Something is worrying, though, Moriah hasn’t really gone into detail about what happened, and she said, “If I say it, it makes it real.” what does that mean?
We hope that nothing truly heinous went down between these two. Is this a permanent break-up or are they just on a break? Stay tuned!!!
