Genoa City’s offered plenty of second, third, and fourth chances, and CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers expect this episode to be focused on that premise for the most part.
Of course, not all of the chances will be veiled as we expect them to be as out in the open as possible.
The biggest owner of looking for another chance in Ashland Locke (Robert Newman) as he continues to annoy fans and the Newmans by remaining in Genoa City.

Ashland it intent on proving himself and winning Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) back, so he’ll continue making amends any way he can.
Maybe he’ll donate more money, open a homeless shelter, or buy Victoria a new necklace. Whatever it is, he’ll continue driving fans crazy, but more importantly, we think he’ll start making headway.
In fact, ‘Young and the Restless’ think he already has and Victoria’s fighting against giving into those feelings.
This storyline feels like it’ll be similar to Ashland’s reveals — it’ll last forever and lack any punch.
CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Nick’s choice
If we had to guess, we think Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will be struggling on whether he should go to Miami to be there for Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) or listen to her.
Both will win him points, and that’ll bring up another ethical problem about when is it too soon following the death of a spouse?
His love life is one of Nick’s biggest failings, and he’s going to get sucked into another situation where heartbreak and struggle.
Of course, those descriptions could fit anyone in soaps, but Nick seems to have the market cornered. At least this time it’s someone his family will approve of. Mostly.
CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Nikki’s on the job
It didn’t take long for Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) to be called on to put out another fire involving the Newmans.
While it’s safe to say this may involved Ashland suckering them all in with his cancer lie, we have a feeling it won’t be anything so grandiose as a media leak.
Well, it may be as we suspect this will have to do with a fire Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will start by outing that secret and then how he got the company back.
All very subtle on Adam’s part, and Nikki will do her best to contain any damage done. Not that switching CEOs like they’re going out of style wouldn’t have given the company a few black eyes already.
