We thought we had solved the murder of Kylen Schulte and Crystal Turner out in Moab, Utah, we thought we had our man with a suspect who was named as Adam Pinkowitz, a man whom Crystal formerly worked with that committed suicide not long after the murder of Kylen and Crystal back in September of 2021. However, Dwayne “Dog the Bounty Hunter” Chapman is not convinced that this guy is the right man.

While it was said that Crystal worked with Adam, it was later learned that Crystal and Adam did not work the same shift, so it’s unclear as to whether they would have known one another or not. Sean Paul Schulte said in an interview that Adam felt slighted by their manager who was in a same sex relationship just like Kylen and Crystal were, but apparently people who were actually connected with Adam have told Dog the Bounty Hunter, “He’s not like that.”

Besides being connected with the Moab case, nothing else can be found on Adam Pinkowitz, no prior arrest records, nothing to say that he was actually the guy that Kylen and Crystal complained about at their campsite at all.

Also, Kylen and Crystal would have recognized Adam, since he worked at the same place that Crystal did, but there is nothing indicating that they knew the ‘creepy guy’ that kept showing up outside their camper. Dog the Bounty Hunter says that they have another suspect in mind, and everyone that he has interviewed so far says that this new guy definitely could have done it.

Dog did officially categorize their murder as a hate crime though, and said that whichever suspect did it, it came from extreme hate, because each woman was shot six times, a detail that was previously unknown to the public. Obviously, they really had something against Kylen and Crystal.

Obviously, we want the killer caught, but which one is the right guy? Right now Dog says that they are in the process of turning all of their information over to the FBI and after that it will be in their hands. Whatever the outcome is, we hope that justice can be found for Kylen and Crystal’s family. We at DSD will continue following this case. Stay tuned!!!
